Was having trouble with my gas fireplace for two years and plenty of repair people. Jake and Cristin came out and we're on time. Serviced my unit and showed me what was wrong with the unit. Left the house as clean as when they came in. Great job and more than impressed
A thank you to Loraine and the team at Buckeye Stoves for great service. Noticed a problem with several bags of pellets that had turned to sawdust. Honest and professional. I contacted them through BBB. Best service in the area. They came out to sweep our chimney and were very professional. No attempt to upsell or pressure sell like others in the area do. Cleaned it out took a picture. Told us they found a bird nest and an average amount of soot build up. Can't beat that!
Love working with the folks at Buckeye Stoves. We did a great deal of looking for the wood stove we wanted, being able to actually see the one we wanted on display and the excellent customer service sealed the deal. The four young men that delivered the stove and accessories were great, they handled the stove with tremendous care, they maneuvered it thru our house without incident, one of the young men said he was somewhat new to the company, we would not have known it by the way they all worked together, everything went so smoothly. I am confident that we will be able to get prompt and thoughtful answers to any questions we may have in the future.
Excellent customer service. The owner Mrs. Boss was so friendly, approachable and took her time to answer all of our questions. We came all the way from Dayton to purchase from her because of her level of attention, and PRICING was the best we could find in the area. We are loving our Oslo Wood burning stove!
